Book the clinic visit

When it makes sense
to schedule a visit

In practice, everyone starts the same way: book a clinic appointment, bring whatever records already exist, and during the visit I decide what is truly relevant and what should happen next.

Common reasons to book a visit

In practice, everyone comes into the same clinic visit first. These are the common situations where it makes sense not to keep waiting.

Ongoing knee, shoulder, back, or neck pain

If pain keeps returning, lasts too long, or starts limiting daily life, it is worth a structured visit instead of more guesswork.

Book a clinic visit

Before surgery or a major treatment decision

When surgery was suggested or treatment still feels unclear, a structured visit can help create order before deciding.

Book a clinic visit

Mobility or function has become more limited

If walking, stairs, sitting, work, or return to activity have become harder, it makes sense to be assessed rather than wait for more decline.

There is also insurance, a committee, a permit, or a lawyer involved

You do not need to decide alone what is relevant. Book the visit or send what you have, and we will decide what matters after reviewing the case.

What happens during the visit

We review the story and what has already been done

The visit starts with what happened so far, which tests and treatments already took place, and where the gap is between symptoms and the current paperwork.

We decide what is actually important now

Not every document or scan matters equally. During the visit I sort through the material and explain what is relevant and what can stay in the background.

We agree on the next step together

By the end of the visit there should be a practical next step: treatment, more tests, follow-up, a medical opinion, or a different direction if it is truly needed.

What you can bring, if you have it

  • Any medical summary, scan, or report you already have
  • A short list of treatments already tried and what helped or did not help
  • Insurance, committee, or legal documents if the visit also relates to those issues
  • You do not need a perfect file. Even partial material is enough to start

The visit is meant to understand the orthopedic problem, review what already exists, and build a clear next step. You do not need to choose the right track alone or prepare a perfect file in advance.

If the visit also involves insurance, committees, or legal work

You can still simply book the clinic visit or send whatever is already available. If a dedicated opinion or a different follow-up is needed, I will guide that after reviewing the case.
